As you may know, MCS has co-commissioned a new piece of music from Elaine Hagenberg, titled Aeterna Via.  We will sing Aeterna Via in our spring performance on May 3, 2026.  In addition, this new work will have its European Premiere in Paris on June 23, 2026 and MCS has been invited to sing in that premiere!

To participate with about 15 other MCS singers in the Paris premiere, click on the green button below to download the brochure with itineraries, costs, and deadline details.  It's not to late to catch up on trip payments to join MCS in Paris. The brochure shows estimated costs land-only, with or without airfare, and with/without additional days.  We'll be staying and rehearsing at the Le Méridien Paris Arc De Triomphe and performing at the Church of Saint-Sulpice.  

New singers who would like to experience this amazing opportunity with MCS must audition for MCS on January 13 or 20th at our rehearsal space in Eden Prairie (sign up at Join MCS).  Singers must also perform with MCS at our May 3, 2026 concert (rehearsals Tuesday evenings, starting January 13) if they wish to sing in the "City of Light" performance.  If you've never been to Paris . . . what a way to go!
